4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a fee of 50%.
- If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option.
5. Service Limitations
- Our team assists with household tasks only and does not perform specialized work such as electrical, plumbing, or heavy lifting.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if an environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.

- In the rare event of damage caused by our team’s negligence, we will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
