3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Pricing is subject to change, but any updates will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a fee of 50%.
  • If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

5. Service Limitations

  • Our team assists with household tasks only and does not perform specialized work such as electrical, plumbing, or heavy lifting.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if an environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.

6. Liability & Damages

  • We take every precaution to handle your property with care but are not liable for pre-existing damages or minor accidents.
  • In the rare event of damage caused by our team’s negligence, we will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
